2. Shipping Destinations

2.1 United States

  • We currently ship to addresses within the United States
  • We do not ship to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses where carrier delivery is not supported

2.2 Future Expansion

We may add additional regions in the future. If we do, this policy will be updated accordingly.

3. Shipping Costs and Taxes

  • Orders $100 or more: Free Standard Shipping
  • Orders under $100: $60 Standard Shipping fee

Shipping fees (if applicable) and any required taxes are displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase. We do not add hidden shipping fees after checkout.

4. Order Processing and Delivery Estimates

Total delivery time is typically 3 to 9 business days from the time your order is placed. This includes order processing/handling time and carrier transit time. Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding federal holidays.

Some products may require additional processing time or ship via freight. If a product requires extra time, the relevant product page and/or your order confirmation will reflect that estimate, which will override the general timing above.

5. Shipping Methods and Carriers

We ship using reputable carriers and logistics providers, which may include USPS, UPS, FedEx, regional carriers, or freight providers depending on the destination and package size.

5.1 Tracking

Tracking is provided for most shipments. When your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details (when available).

5.2 Freight / Large Item Deliveries

Certain oversized or heavy items may ship via freight. Freight carriers may require delivery appointments and may deliver curbside. Any applicable delivery requirements will be communicated by the carrier or included in the product listing where relevant.

5.3 Shipment Insurance

Where available, shipments may be insured against loss or damage during transit. If you experience an issue, please contact us promptly so we can assist.

6. Order Tracking

After your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number and/or tracking link (if available for your shipment). If you did not receive tracking information, please check your spam/junk folder or contact us.

7. Delivery Issues

7.1 Delayed or Lost Packages

If your delivery exceeds the stated estimate, please contact us at support@terracevibe.com or call 1-262-228-9949. We will assist with carrier inquiries, tracking, and (where applicable) claims.

7.2 Marked “Delivered” but Not Received

  • Verify the shipping address on your order confirmation
  • Check around your property and with neighbors/building management
  • Contact the carrier directly to confirm GPS/scan details where available
  • Contact us so we can assist with a trace or claim when appropriate

7.3 Damaged Packages / Items

Please inspect your shipment immediately upon delivery. If your order arrives damaged, take clear photos of the packaging and item(s) and contact us within 48 hours of delivery at support@terracevibe.com. For details on damage claims, please refer to our Return and Refund Policy.

8. Missing Items

If an item is missing from your order, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and include your order number and the missing item details. We will investigate and, where appropriate, ship the missing item or issue a refund in accordance with our policies.

9. Returns and Refunds

Returns, exchanges, and refunds are governed by our Return and Refund Policy. Please review that policy for eligibility, timelines, and fees, including restocking fees and return shipping responsibilities.

10. Address Accuracy

You are responsible for providing an accurate shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for deliveries made to an address entered incorrectly by the customer.

If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, refusal, or unsuccessful delivery attempts, we will contact you to coordinate reshipment. Additional reshipment fees may apply.
