The arbitration shall take place in the United States, and the arbitrator’s decision will be final and binding.

You agree that disputes will be resolved on an individual basis only. You waive any right to bring or participate in a class action, consolidated action, or representative proceeding.

15.4 Exceptions

Either party may bring an individual action in small claims court if eligible, or seek injunctive or equitable relief for alleged infringement or misuse of intellectual property rights.
