15.2 Arbitration
To the extent permitted by law, and except as stated in Section 15.4, any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms, the Services, or any purchase shall be resolved by binding arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association (“AAA”) under its applicable rules. The arbitration shall take place in the United States, and the arbitrator’s decision will be final and binding.
15.3 Class Action Waiver
You agree that disputes will be resolved on an individual basis only. You waive any right to bring or participate in a class action, consolidated action, or representative proceeding.
15.4 Exceptions
Either party may bring an individual action in small claims court if eligible, or seek injunctive or equitable relief for alleged infringement or misuse of intellectual property rights.
